Processing Time
All candles are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, poured, and packaged before it ships.

For bulk and custom orders (20+ pieces), please allow 7–10 business days for production. We'll confirm your timeline when you place your order.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee if you need your order sooner.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.
