By visiting illuminacandles.com and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

This website is operated by Illumina Candles, a woman-owned small business based in Gilbert, Arizona. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Illumina Candles. By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products

All candles are handmade to order in small batches using 100% natural soy wax. Because every piece is hand-sculpted, slight variations in color, shape, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law, including orders shipped within Arizona.

4. Orders & Processing

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. For custom and bulk orders, please allow 7–10 business days.

We will notify you by email once your order has shipped along with tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the delivery timeline is outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Custom and bulk orders are final sale once production has begun.

7. Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and are final sale once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors in orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer.

For bulk orders of 20 or more pieces, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability, pricing, and production timeline.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, product descriptions, logos, and brand assets, is the property of Illumina Candles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Illumina Candles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Candles are a fire hazard. Always burn candles within sight, keep away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
